By using FinanciaMente (the "Site") you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. What FinanciaMente is

FinanciaMente is an educational content site about personal finance, saving and investing in Latin America, with a focus on Mexico. We publish comparisons, calculators, articles and videos.

2. Not financial advice

All content is informational and general. It does not take your personal situation into account and does not replace the advice of a certified professional. The decisions you make based on the Site are your responsibility. Read our financial disclaimer.

3. Accuracy of information

Rates, fees and conditions come from public sources on the date shown on each page. Institutions change them without notice, so we don't guarantee they're current when you read them. Always verify on each institution's official site.

4. Calculators and quiz

The calculators and the quiz give simplified estimates: they don't include taxes, fees or future rate changes. Their results are not an offer, a personalized recommendation or a promise of returns.

5. Advertising and affiliate links

Today the Site has no affiliate links. If we later include affiliate links or ads (for example, Google AdSense), we'll mark them visibly. More details in Advertising and transparency.

6. Third-party sites

We don't control the sites we link to and we aren't responsible for their products, services, content or policies. Your relationship with a bank, fintech or broker is solely between you and that institution.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, logos, illustrations, videos and design of the Site belong to FinanciaMente or are used with permission. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. You may not copy or republish the full content without written authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Site for illegal activities, to try to access its systems without permission, or to scrape content in an automated way that affects its operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FinanciaMente will not be liable for losses or damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of the Site, from financial decisions made based on its content or from service interruption.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms and the content of the Site at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
