Sources and what we couldn't verify

Not verified: Only one product with a readable rate could be verified: Ueno Bank, May 2026 rate sheet (not September or October; confirm it's current). We didn't obtain rate sheets from large banks. The CDA averages (9.95% at banks and 10.58% at finance companies for over 365 days) are from the BCP, June 2026. September's inflation was taken from The Rio Times citing the BCP, not from bcp.gov.py. The date of the BCP's last meeting (2026-09-26) is the date of the news report; the next meeting is 2026-10-23.

Inflation rises from 1.5% (August) to 1.7% (September); the BCP projects closing 2026 around 3.3%.
